This brand new building is located in the heart of Old Town Bluffton at the corner of Bridge and Calhoun St and only a few blocks away from the May River. You can park your car for the weekend and walk everywhere in town. Just up the street are restaurants, art galleries, shopping, etc. Also a short walk away from the Bluffton Oyster Company, Oyster Factory Park, the Church of the Cross, and Calhoun Street dock. Or take a water taxi ride across the May River over to Palmetto Bluff.
Olde Town, a neighborhood in Bluffton, is home to this apartment. Heyward House Historic Center and Rose Hill Mansion are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum. Station 300 and Hilton Head Zipline are also worth visiting.
