Dr. Marisa Milligan

Dr. Marisa Milligan is a native of Normal, Illinois. She graduated from University High School, went to Auburn University, and then moved back to Illinois State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in chemistry in 2011. Dr. Marisa earned her dental degree from Midwestern University in 2015. In 2015, she was elected to the renowned Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor organization. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Marisa spent two years training with a periodontist to adopt additional periodontal procedures to benefit her patients' dental and general wellness. She has completed a mini-residency in implantology at the McGarry Implant Institute and training in oral face myofunctional therapy and the Buteyko breathing method. Dr. Marisa appreciates continuing education classes to remain current on the newest treatments and technology.
