TORC Recognized as Virginia Incubator Client of the Year

Blacksburg -- TORC Technologies ( www.torctech.com ) was awarded the Donna Noble Outstanding Incubator Client award for 2008 by the Virginia Business Incubation Association (VBIA) on November 17, 2008. TORC was selected from a very competitive group of Virginia’s top companies involved with the 28 business incubator programs in the state.

The Donna Noble Incubator Client Award was established in 2001 by the VBIA Board of Directors, in honor of one of the founding Board Members, Donna Noble, who passed away in 2001. Donna was dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and supporting the incubator industry as the marketing manager for Incubator America! in Arlington, VA. The 2008 award was sponsored by Arlington Economic Development.
