Goose neck style hitch fifth wheel trailer sleeps 8 total. Extra room and living room each have a pull out couch that can sleep two per, added queen sized loft area can sleep two and queen sized bed up front in the master bedroom.
Large rear living room with two recliners couch, dining table, tv, DVD player. Bluetooth stereo that can play in living room, rear patio, outside, or all three at once, and cozy electric fireplace. Sliding glass door at rear of trailer that leads to a gated patio area, only takes minutes to set up. Provides a great wide open view while inside.
Kitchen includes an island with sink, stainless steel dishwasher, Gas/Electric full sized refrigerator, gas stove, convection microwave. Dish/cooking ware, and small pantry area.
Trailer itself has a hot water heater, 2 AC units front and back, AC/heat climate control, and on-board propane powered generator, dual battery, hydraulic self leveling jacks, nitrogen filled puncture resistant tires, solar panel (for battery only). “Full” RV sized bathroom, toilet, sink and 30x36" shower with hand held head.

Mandatory fees include:
-Cleaning fee
-Pet fee
-Dump fee, if not pre-paid and returned to owner without being dumped there will be an additional charge.
Optional fees include:
-firewood fee (“chopping tools” not included)
-s’more kit
-other requests can be made to owner and negotiated on a case by case basis.
Situational fees will include:
-Pet damage or bodily mess (checked with UV light)
-Smoking fee (this is a completely smoke free unit)
-Excessive mess. We don’t expect it to come back spotless but any excessive mess or mess resulting in staining/marking/ect or requiring a deep clean process will have a fee.
-Damage caused by misuse/negligence

During times the trailer is marked unavailable for personal use the owner will be unable to deliver the trailer to any location. If renter can pick up and drop off the trailer and they would like to make a reservation that falls in a "personal use" time block, contact the owner to discuss details regarding removal of the block.
Also if renter is attempting to reserve the trailer for delivery, and the delivery and pick up dates fall outside the blocked time (for example the blocked time is from the 3rd through the 5th and you want to reserve the trailer to be delivered from the 2nd through the 6th) contact the owner to discuss options on removing the block.
