Bob started his Real Estate career in Upland, Ca. at the age of 17, buying investment properties with his father. He obtained a real estate license in 1974 at the age of 20. Eventually he became a partner in Century 21 Grogan Realty in Ontario, Ca. that grew to 40 agents and two offices.

In 1981, Bob obtained his Brokers license and opened his own brokerage in Helendale, Ca. Bob’s successful brokerage, RV Realty, was known throughout the High Desert for being one of the most successful land offices. Bob and his Real Estate companies, over his 38 year career are responsible for thousands of residential, apartment raw land, ranch, industrial, industrial and commercial sales transactions. With the addition of building homes and subdividing and improving land Bob has rich experience in every part of the Real Estate business.

In late 2003, Bob began looking into a way to expand his Real Estate office and started researching National Real Estate Franchise Companies. After speaking with a Franchise Salesman for one of larger well know Real Estate Franchise companies, Bob and his management team was invited to attend their yearly National Company Convention.

While preparing for the trip, Bob met a long time real estate colleague in a department store who told Bob about his purchase of an Exit Realty franchise. They spoke briefly about the substantial differences of EXIT Realty over the “old school” regular franchise brands. But just as they were parting, his old friend told Bob one last thing… “ Try not to notice all the EXIT signs”.

So not even skipping a beat Bob counted 17 EXIT signs on the way out of the mall that day! Not long afterwards, Bob and his management team found themselves setting in the largest Real Estate Franchise Company in the country (maybe the World) at their yearly convention, seated in a prime spot reserved for potential new franchisees.

As the convention began, the lights dimed to darken the entire convention hall and the music swelled for the start of the huge Real Estate Company’s yearly convention extravaganza. But Bob noticed something very strange in the convention hall that day.

Those words said to Bob back at the mall came back to Bob in that moment, "Try not to notice all the EXIT signs." In the yearly convention gathering of the largest Franchisor, in the U.S and probably the world, that other company’s logo was lit up in every corner and on every wall, even two on each side of the main stage. In fact there were 21 EXIT signs shinning in the darkened convention hall. Who would get away with something like that? Any, yes ANY other companies logo would have been covered or at lease the lights turned off but the EXIT sign could not be turned off or covered…… ever! Not even by the largest most powerful Real Estate franchisor in the country…it is required by law to be in the room.

With a back ground in advertising Bob quickly understood what the name EXIT, along with all the unique differenced of EXIT Realty could mean for branding a company and shortly thereafter in 2004 Bob and his wife Karen purchased an Exit Realty franchise and became Southern California’s 11th EXIT office. In 2005 for Exit Realty in Southern California, Bob wasnamed:

· Top Producer in Gross Commissions

· Top Producer in Most Closed Transactions

Holding these distinctions, Bob stepped forward and joined the EXIT Realty Southern California Region in 2005. On October 19th, 2006 at the 8th Annual Exit Realty International Convention in Orlando Florida, Exit Realty Southern California won the "International Region of the Year." Two years later at the10th Annual Exit Realty International Convention in Nashville, TN., Bob was awarded the 2008"Esprit De Corps". "Bob'sexuberance in everything that he does is infectious.
