Being a citizen of the world, Lia is multilingual and fluent in English, Russian, French and also learning Spanish in her spare time. After 15 successful years on Wall Street with major financial institutions and Real Estate private equity firms, Lia pivoted with her own practice into independent financial consulting and spent several years traveling the world delivering projects for international clients in areas of advisory and deal analysis.
After getting an entrepreneurial bug, she jumped into an opportunity to pursue her long-time passion in real estate by selling luxury properties in NYC and later Los Angeles, CA. Her background prepared her for excellent client management and solution-oriented approach by thinking outside the box and becoming a trusted adviser to her clients. Lia's detail-oriented touch is valued by even her most discerning clients with getting them exactly the perfect home they always dreamt of.
In addition to real estate, she is passionate about design and esthetics and is a Certified Staging Professional with the CSP International Academy. Lia graduated with a BA in Finance and Marketing from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Canada. On her days off, in addition to taking advantage of beautiful Californian lifestyle, Lia enjoys exploring new cultures, exotic destinations and creating culinary experiences.
