What You Can Expect from STTC's Truck Tires Maintenance Program
We offer customized services to all our preventative maintenance clients, tailoring all our inspections and recommendations to their individual needs. However, in most cases, the maintenance program will include all of the following as a baseline:
Inflation checks on all tires, utilizing properly-calibrated air gauges
Tread depth measurement
Full visual inspection of tires for abrasions, cuts, flat spots, unusual wear patterns, or any other minor concerns that could turn into major problems on the road.
Inspection of the wheels, checking matters such as valve stems, oil seals, damaged rims, and similar damage.
Re-tightening of all wheel nuts to the correct torque
In the process, we'll also give a quick inspection to the rest of the drive systems, like the axles and brake pads, to ensure those are in good shape as well.
Of course, any damage will be repaired by our trained tire experts to the extent of their considerable abilities. Our service vehicles come to you, and are fully loaded with the tools necessary to perform any repairs which are reasonably necessary.
