Ours is a three bedroom, beautifully furnished beach family home with over 3,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space in Bahama Beach Cottage Community only a mile from South Bethany guarded beach. The Community boasts 2 ponds as well as access to the Assawoman canal where boating enthusiasts can launch their own boats or small craft. The Bethany boardwalk is less than 2 miles away along with quaint shops and fantastic restaurants.
Not only do we have 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people, we also have 2 full baths plus an extra outdoor shower with changing area. House also has a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living room plus an EXTRA large family room with high ceiling and extra eating area. There are two decks to this house. One is off of the family and living room and the other is a very large deck space with ceiling fans, eating area with table and chairs as well as a lounge area below the house with gas fireplace. No worries on those rainy days as there is plenty of space for all to find their own spot to read, relax, watch TV, play games and use your laptops. Wifi included.
We are NOT part of the Sea Colony development.

Located in Bethany Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Nick's Mini Golf - Nick's Pirate Golf and Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum and Golf Down Under. Traveling with kids? Consider Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, or check out an event or a game at The Freeman Stage at Bayside.
