The space
This is a 1400 sq/ft ranch that has all three bedrooms down one hall with a bathroom and the other side of the house is the living area, with a very open concept and an extra powder room. Their is a dining area that can seat as many as 12 if needed, a cozy fireplace, and a fantastic back patio to grill on our soak in the hot tub.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the property minus the garage and the back shed.
Other things to note
This is a very quiet, sweet neighborhood and is in a very safe town. The house is located just up the street from a church and a senior living center and there isn’t much traffic. It’s close to everything without being too busy.

Located in Berthoud, this vacation home is in the city center and on a lake. Loveland Museum and Rialto Theater Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Devil's Backbone Open Space and Olde Course at Loveland. Traveling with kids? Consider Loveland Laser Tag, or check out an event or a game at Mile-Hi-Skydiving. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
