At Red Light Method we use Contour Light plus Fitness to sculpt the body. Contour light is the only FDA approved red light therapy wrap device. All Sessions start with a Body Contouring Session in a private treatment room, then you move to the Gym floor if you want, to solidify your session with fat-burning lean muscle-building low impact circuit training. Your first session is free! Our loving staff will customize your Body Contouring Treatment Session to accommodate your needs and goals.
