Sleeps 9 comfortably taking advantage of the 4 bunk beds, fold out couch, dining table area and enclosed King bed in the front.

Small dining table/desk area in place of one of the bottom bunkbeds if desired.

Bathroom includes tub/shower combo and "toiletry cabinet" area for your small travel necessities.

Pick up and drop off times are flexible, just let us know what you need and we can accommodate.

Trailer will leave loaded with cooking basics. Pots, pans, cooking utensils. Basic seasonings, along with "real" dishes and flatware. (Cleaning supplies included)
Paper plates, paper bowls and plasticware to make your trip easy. Garbage bags under sink to use for recyclables and trash in campground depositories.

This RV also includes a pullout grill, with additional outdoor frig and water hose with spray nozzle for washing off those dusty flip flops.

Additional small BBQ grill and separate Fire Ring with some firewood included.

DVD player and dvds will be provided along with some asst games.

Heat for those crisp mornings and A/C for those sunny afternoons.
Electric awning provides some protection from the elements to give your home away from home a covered front porch area for comfort.
Outdoor rug is also included along with 4 camp chairs.

Anti sway hitch included.
First 3 hours of generator included. $3.50/hr after first 3 hrs.
