With 3 floors of living space, the home is perfect for multi-generational families as well as business retreats. Recently renovated, minutes away from both Seattle and Bellevue (MSFT, T-Mobile, SBUX, Google, Boeing), with a PNW cabin feel! Exposed beams and three stories of wall to wall views of lake Sammamish and surrounding mountains make our house something out of the ordinary. With floor-to-ceiling views of the lake and tons of indoor and outdoor living space - you won't want to leave!

We have set the house up to be as convenient as possible for those traveling with children. For infants and toddlers, we have a playpen, pack and play/crib, vibrating baby bouncer, high chair, and baby toys. For the bigger kids we have an air hockey/ping pong table, ladder toss, and an assortment of family friendly games.

With inviting living & dining areas, a great gourmet kitchen, four generously sized bedrooms, including a particularly spacious master suite with a walk-in closet and a palatial bath - it's perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or to stay in while working in the area.

The main living areas – including the living room, dining room, kitchen, den/office and family room – all feature beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that admit plenty of natural light and offer gorgeous views. There is a TV room with a wet bar, plenty of room to BBQ and enjoy the outdoor living spaces, hot tub, and sauna.
