Dr. G. Barry Burton grew up in Kentucky and currently resides in the Soulard neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri. He received an undergraduate degree and earned a DVM degree from Auburn University. Prior to joining the Carey’s Pet Hospital team, Dr. Burton practiced in Kentucky and Webster Groves in St. Louis, Missouri.

In his spare time, Dr. Burton enjoys hiking, camping, and fishing. He also shares his home with one rescue dog and three, very lazy cats.
