Third Annual High on the Hog BBQ Festival Community Event on Ladys Island SC

Summer is here and so are the festivals!  The third annual High on the Hog festival will be on June 6th and 7th 2014 at the Whitehall Planatation on Ladys Island SC.  The event is sponsored by CBC National Bank, and will be benefitting LowCountry Habitat for Humanity. 

This event will kick off at 6pm on Friday, June 6th, with unlimited samples of shrimp and chicken, Low Country style.  Once you get your fill, stick around for live music by DEAS GUYZ, starting at 7:30.  On Saturday, June 7th, the gates open at noon for High on the Hog BBQ Competition where samples of BBQ will be dished out.  The live entertainment for the day will be by the Broke Locals!   There are still plenty of volunteer opportunities if you would like to take part in the event.  Ladys Island is located moments away from downtown Historic Beaufort and Port Royal.
