- 7 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR SUMMER 2025 - from Maya to September, the property is only available for a minimum of 7 nights with check-in on Saturday 3:00pm and check-out the next Saturday 10:00am. This is per the standard summer weekly rental convention on LBI.

Ocean block-200 ft from the beach - 3rd house-with 100x100 lot; private access to the beach for only 3 houses. 3 miles from the main causeway. See aerial photography to get an idea of the proximity to the beach. Located in exclusive North Beach (the section of LBI just north of Surf City and south of Harvey Cedars).
4 bedrooms recently redecorated each with a TV, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, and 1 outdoor shower.
- 1st bedroom (the Master) with King Bed and - private ensuite bath;
- 2nd bedroom with King Bed;
- 3rd bedroom with Queen Bed;
- 4th bedroom with 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds (4 separated single beds total)
- Living Room has Queen pull-out sofa bed.
***Linens/Bedsheets & Towels are not included at this property- pillows and blankets/comforters for the bedding are provided though. We can recommend a guest services vendor on LBI that provides bedsheet/towel service at an affordable price.

Harvey Cedars Marina and Flamingo Miniature Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Barnegat Lighthouse State Park and Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade and Jen's Links at LBI are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
