This classic cedar-sided beach house is located five houses (200 feet) from the beach and is just as close to the bay. The house sits on a short block with few houses which makes the beach extremely private. The cottage has been recently renovated both inside and out and features a new kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) and two new full baths. There’s a bedroom (with a queen bed) and an adjoining full bathroom on the main floor; upstairs there are three bedrooms (two with queen beds, one with two sets of bunk beds). High quality mattresses were recently purchased. The house has a charming front porch and a spacious (and completely private) backyard with patio, gas grill, and a new outdoor shower. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and features a dining table and antique patio furniture (with new custom cushions) and an herb garden for tenants to enjoy. The charming shed is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. The house is within walking distance to wonderful restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, markets, plus more.
