Bedroom one has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom two has a full bed and includes a nice size sitting room with a futon that opens to sleep an additional guest. The living room includes a couch, leather chair and 50" HD flat screen TV. Dining area with butcher block table seats 4. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a full cook top stove, oven, microwave, refrig/freezer and storage cabinets, plus coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Comes with all utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, etc and also an additional table with 4 stools. Bathroom is tiled and has a large walk-in shower. Top floor is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, which can sleep 6 including couches. Hardwood floors throughout. Bedroom one has a queen bed and walk-in closet and TV. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room features a bay window, a leather couch, leather recliner, and a sectional unit for additional seating and/or lounging. Dining area includes large table and seating for 6. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a full cook top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrig/freezer and storage/serving island; also Coffee maker, toaster, blender. Complete with all utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, etc.
Also included - High-speed wireless internet with expanded cable and Sports Package and Flat screen TV in living room; ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms.

Great location - Oceanside - 200 yards to the beach. The brand new ACME supermarket is only a 5 minute walk (6 blocks). Walk to many favorite restaurants such as Jersey Girl, Blue Water Cafe, etc. Short drive to Beach Haven action, yet far enough to enjoy quiet streets and beaches.
The house is along LBI's Free Shuttle route - a service that runs along all 18 miles of the island.

This is our family home, which we also use throughout most of the year. Our neighbors are also our friends - so prom groups, students and party animals need not inquire.
We rent to returning couples and small families as well as qualified new guests that are looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing family environment.
Due to family allergies, this is a SMOKE-FREE home. No pets allowed without owner approval.
