Dr. Emily Riviere is a native of Port Allen, Louisiana. Following graduation from St. Joseph's Academy in Baton Rouge, she attended Louisiana State University where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology in 2020. Dr. Riviere Received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. While at SCO, she was nominated to be a member of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. Her clinical interests include primary eye care, diagnosis and management of ocular disease, dry eye care, contact lens fitting, and post-operative care. Dr. Riviere is proud to share her expertise serving the people in her home state at Eye Specialists of Louisiana.
