This charming and well appointed home at Bass Lake offers all the amenities of home. The home has three bedrooms and will sleep 8. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan, bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds and ceiling fan, bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed , small TV and ceiling fan. There is also 2 bathrooms and laundry room. The guest cottage which is included during the summer rental season offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Bedroom one has 2 twin beds and 1 double and the 2nd bedroom has 1 queen and sleeps 6. There is also a TV in the cottage. (the cottage is not available during the months of November to April.
The great room has 2 sofas, loveseat, recliner, large flat screen TV with Cable , DVD (only in large cabin) and stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, coffee pot, toaster. large island bar with 5 stools and dining table. There is also laundry room with washer and coin operated dryer.
This home does not come with Linens or bath towels, you are responsible for bringing them. We can provide linens and bath towels for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote on our linen package.
The large cabin has central heat and air. Small cabin has an evaporative cooler. Phone for local calls only
The large covered wrap around deck offers a wonderful place to kick back and relax. The deck has a 2nd refrigerator, swing, table with 4 chairs, sofa, a gas BBQ. There is also a briquette BBQ which must not be moved to the deck. Great parking and easy walk to your boat slip on the Mallard dock. Bungees must be used to secure boat to boat slip. You will be asked to remove your boat from the dock if bungees are not used.
