Inside the house, 3 large screen, smart TV’s were installed along with wireless internet throughout. There are two large, furnished decks to relax on as well as a smaller deck off the Master bedroom. From the roof deck, there are beautiful, 360 degree views for miles. In the garage are beach toys and six bikes and helmets ready to use. The back yard features a quiet sitting area shaded by the indigenous trees of the island.

There is no smoking nor any pets allowed on the property. There is no landline phone, tenants must bring their own cell phone. House should be left clean with all garbage and recycling in the containers out front with lids secure. Check-in time: 3 PM Checkout time is 11AM. Any furnishings that are moved should be returned to their original place. NO UNESCORTED CHILDREN ON ROOF DECK. No cars allowed in garage.

This vacation home is located in Barnegat Light. The Museum at Barnegat Light and Ocean Professional Theatre Company are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jen's Links at LBI and Flamingo Miniature Golf Course. Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade and Eagleswood Amusement Park are also worth visiting.
