Big Savings Offered on New Construction in Barnegat

BARNEGAT, N.J., Sept. 29, 2010 – The Walters Homes fall sales event is underway at both the Ocean Acres at Barnegat and Whispering Hills locations, offering great opportunities for homebuyers this season.

Valuable new incentives are being offered on new townhouses at Whispering Hills, including a free finished basement or up to $11,000 in options (depending on model). Prospective buyers can choose from four, two-story floor-plans with one- and two-car garage models. The townhouses feature spacious layouts, ranging in size from 1,909 square feet to 2,191 square feet. The eco-friendly development is situated on 85 acres, off Rose Hill Road, between Barnegat Boulevard and Route 9 in Barnegat. In addition to a free finished basement, $5,000 in options will be offered on the Meadow and Willow models. All incentives are with the use of a preferred lender only.

Environmentally conscious consumers will also appreciate the many green amenities found at Whispering Hills.
