Nestled at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains and located on 7 private acres of horse property. Abundant wildlife surrounds the property. Enjoy the beautiful views during the day and the big starry skies at night. Your home away from home as it is fully furnished and supplied with amenities such as linens, toiletries, soaps, etc, minus food. Family friendly, horses welcome to use our pasture and barn with stalls for a fee. There are also two 50 amp hookups for RV's or other vehicles for a fee.

Welcome to our small piece of paradise nestled at the base of the Bighorn Mountains. You won’t want to leave! The home is located on 7 acres of horse property. A seasonal pond and stream flow through the property and deer and turkeys are frequent visitors. The views are amazing, and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a storm roll in over the mountain tops. Enjoy evening BBQs out on the deck watching the deer wander in on our historically bug free nights.

The home is a ranch level, however additional rooms are located in the basement if needed.

Upon entering thru the front door, you walk into a gorgeous open floor layout. The dining and kitchen area are connected. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and updated appliances along with all the gadgets and spices you need. Quality dishware, utensils, and pots and pans are provided along with other basic necessities. Wine and cocktail glasses are also provided. A single cup coffee maker, full pot ground or whole bean coffee pot, and electric tea kettle are provided along with an abundance of coffees and teas. A baby grand piano also adorns the room for the musically inclined.

Off of the kitchen is the guest bath with a tub/shower. Extra toiletries are provided as well as towels. The laundry is also located off the kitchen and supplied with detergents, here you can access the enclosed backyard and gorgeous views. The deck has a six seat patio set and a pellet grill to enjoy the beautiful Wyoming evenings.

Attached to the dining area is the living room with big windows and views of the Bighorn Mountains. It also provides a great view of the deer moving through the area. The living room is supplied with a Roku, and you are welcome to log into your favorite apps. Set off the living room is a separate office space with a wireless printer if needed.

Each upstairs bedroom has comfortable linens, a closet, room darkening shades, and nightlights. The master bedroom has a king bed, television and attached bath. An additional bedroom off the kitchen has a queen and room for a pack ‘n’ play if needed. The third bedroom on the first floor has a full bed.

2 additional bedrooms are located in the basement for larger groups. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep and may not be suitable for children or elderly. One bedroom has a queen bed with a locking door. The other room has a twin trundle with an open doorway. These bedrooms have space heaters provided as it tends to be a bit on the cooler side. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need these rooms.

The home is very child friendly and is supplied with plenty of toys and books. A high chair, pack ‘n’ play, and baby bath are also provided. We can supply other baby items if needed to make your trip easier… please let us know if you will be needing any of these items and we will accommodate as we can!

Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please notify us if you will be bringing a pet at booking request and an additional payment request will be made for the pet fee. Horses are welcome for an additional fee, please inquire. You will have access to the front pasture and 2 stall barn with a corral. Our own horses reside on the back pasture, we ask that you enjoy their company but please do not interact. A 50 amp hookup at the barn is also available for an extra fee, please inquire.

The home has unlimited internet and plenty of parking or turn around space for large vehicles or trailers. Please note in winter months, four wheel drive vehicles are a necessity as Story can get an abundance of unexpected snow!
