Located one street past Ski Beech Resort! Great location! Great Views! Close to the slopes, yet not right on the slopes (so the snow making machine noise won't keep you up at night). We are located on the convenient upper path. The lower path is closed to cars.
Some improvements at the Ski Resort include a Magic Carpet conveyor lift added to the beginner slope and a continued upgrade of the snowmaking capacity with seven new high-tech snow guns. Off the slopes, the View Haus cafeteria has been completely remodeled, a new fleet of Rossignol ski rental equipment is in place, and a Burton Learn-to-Ride Center for snowboarders debuted last year in the ski village at the base of the slopes.

In the winter, skiers will enjoy our proximity to Ski Beech, the highest ski area in Eastern North America. We are located just off the first street past Ski Beech Village. Skiing, tubing, ice skating.
This lovely rental can accommodate a total 4 guest and features a completely remodeled kitchen which now features glazed and distressed maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tumbled stone backsplach. The master suite has a wall of new windows to take advantage of the long range mountain views. The master bath has maple cabinetry, granite countertops and ceramic tile flooring. The 2nd bedroom suite also features a king bed and separate full bath. The focal point of the family room is the stone fireplace (and of course the mountains). Updated and lovely! Wifi and Netflix provided.
Gorgeous new 8'x21'deck...sip wine and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Summer temperatures average in the low 70's during the day. Winter temperatures average 40 daytime and 19 at night.
During COVID I have blocked out 3 days each week. If you are looking for a longer stay I can modify the calander. Please let me know.
Some of our guest have allergies, so we do NOT allow smoking or pets. Not child proofed and Not available for children under 6 years of age.
You will be emailed a door code the day before your arrival. It will be active during your stay.
We are located on the upper path which means you can park in front of the condo. You will only have about 13 steps leading to the condo (which is all on one level), instead of 30 to 50 steep stairs leading to the lower path.
Huge deck to enjoy entertaining and fabulous views. Located on the upper deck, so you park in front of our condo...you don't have to walk to to the lower lever carrying luggage and groceries.
Great for outdoor sports. Bicycling trails nearby. Hike to waterfalls. Golf and tennis nearby. Located in a nature preserve...so you may see deer and wild turkey. Back deck has 2 bistro tables and 6 tall chairs and sectional sofa. Like an outdoor living room with a fabulous view!
