Joe is an occupational therapist for both the Federal Hill and Towson outpatient therapy clinics. He has been practicing for 18 years, and since 2007, has worked exclusively with patients with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Joe has became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2013 which is the highest credential for occupational or physical therapists who specialize in the treatment of the hand and upper extremities.
