- Do not move the fire-pit from its original location.
- You may pull the grill out from the Gazebo as you wish, keeping it a safe distance from the pool.
- ONE fresh propane tank in the BBQ and Firepit
If you need to refill propane you must provide your own, they can be purchased at any local gas station. - Garbage rules / no littering - Our property manager will take care of bringing the garbage cans down to the road on Thursdays and returning them on Fridays. Please throw out all garbage using the bagged garbage cans located both inside and outside the house. Inside the garage uh there are 3 regular garbage cans and 1 recyclable garbage cans. All garbage must be thrown out in garbage bags into the garbage cans. Bags are supplied and available to the guests and are located inside the kitchen pantry. — No parties allowed - this is policy.
No ATVs or loud vehicles allowed.
No pets allowed
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house
No food or beverages allowed on the 2nd floor
You will be held accountable for any broken or damaged property. You must report all damage to host.
