On EagleVail golf course (2nd Fairway) in a picturesque setting, our vacation home is ideally located between two world-class ski resorts: 2.4 miles east of Beaver Creek, 8 miles west of Vail. It has been a top choice for family and group ski vacations.

Besides being a top ski destination, EagleVail is also a highly sought-after vacation destination for all seasons. White-water rafting, mountain biking, zip-lining, hiking rails, camping, horse-back riding are all within a short drive. EagleVail is a quaint residential community with tree-lined streets, parks, tennis courts, golf course, and a heated community pool. As close as it is to world-class dining, skiing, and apres-ski entertainment, the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet: important for anyone who enjoys a good night sleep.

Downtown Avon, about 2.4 miles away, has Starbucks, gourmet deli's and bakeries, grocery stores, and shopping plaza. There is abundance of world class dining in Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, or (in 20 minutes) Edwards. Our best memories, by far, are eating on our own back patio. The view and the setting make it an unbeatable choice.

THE VACATION HOME:

With 2,000 sq ft of living space + 2-car attached garage, the house has well-appointed 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and hardwood floors throughout 1st and 2nd floors. South-facing, the house is flooded with sun and have great view of golf course and mountain from most rooms.

All three bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings and custom wood trims. Master suite has king size bed, hardwood floors, 800 thread-count new Egyptian cotton sheets, golf and mountain view, full bath and large closets. Kids' bedroom has bright window, twin/full bunk beds (sleeps 3), and a bonus loft with a single bed. The guest bedroom has one queen and one twin beds, east and north windows. The entire house has custom woodwork throughout, tasteful furnishings.

Our property can accommodate up to 8 adults and up to total of 9 persons including adults and children:

Master bedroom - 1 king bed
Guest bedroom - 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed
Kids' bunk room - 1 twin bed over 1 full bed
Bonus loft - 2 twin beds

South-facing kitchen overlooks the golf course and the mountain. Completely renovated and brand new Feb 2014, the kitchen features Dacor appliances, granite countertop, heated floor, and top of the line finishes.

Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, (plenty of wood provided), WiFi throughout, and a brand new large flat screen TV.

There is a gas grill and a private hot tub on the back. Hot tub is just step-out from the Kitchen door, can fit 6 person, and is brand new 2019.

Whether spring, summer or fall, the setting and the view makes it an instant vacation just being there. The color of the mountain changes with season. Beaver Lake Trailhead and Little Beach Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Beaver Creek Kids Day Camp and Beaver Creek Tennis Center.
