**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING**
At this time, we offer delivery/pickup at the final destination only - drop off and pick up times can be adjusted as needed which we will arrange before approving the booking. We do not offer instant book due to varying delivery fees and because we need to work together on a drop off/pick up time. Please message us with any questions you have or if you are interested in booking. Please be sure to include exact location, desired drop off/pick up times and number of guests. Sometimes (dependent on locations, etc) we will request a quick call to discuss details before accepting a reservation.
**Sleeps 10 - However, only 2 adults can sleep comfortably in the main bedroom/short queen bed. There are 3 bunks and a fold out couch in the 2nd bedroom, which holds 1 person each, around 5' tall comfortably. The dining room table and living room couch turn into beds as well, which can fit 2 small people, up to 5' tall comfortably. Dining room and couch beds mainly good for small children only**

OPTIONAL FEES:
**Cleaning Fees - if the camper is NOT returned in the same condition it was provided, you will be charged a cleaning fee of minimum $100 (basic clean) or MINIMUM $150 (deep clean - body fluids in the toilets/shower/beds, dirty dishes/fridge, etc.) depending on the severity. This will be taken from your security deposit.
**Dump Fee - $75 Only applies if we are required to dump, flush and clean holding tanks.
**Delivery Fee - Varies - please message for delivery fee amount before sending a booking request

DISCLAIMER:
**Pets - We do not allow animals in the RV, however, if we see any evidence of animal(s) in the camper, we will deduct a minimum of $200 from your security deposit to cover deep cleaning/sanitization of any pet "evidence".
**Late Fee: If you show up late, or the RV isn't ready for take off when we get arrive to pickup, you will be charged late fees of $1.50 per minute that we have to wait with a grace period of 15 minutes.
**Missing Item Fees - $Varies - Any missing items will be deducted from your deposit at full retail value for replacement.
** Damaged/Missing Items - Varies depending upon the product. The exact replacement cost, service call fee and repair fees will be deducted directly from your deposit and/or claim submitted if the amount is over $1,500.00.
**Smoking fee - if there is ANY evidence of smoking, open flame or damage from, a minimum of $500.00 of your deposit will be deducted.
