Tank Fish And Chippery were formed in late 2010 by Bill Makris. The mission was to try and perfect Fish And Chips in Carlton and its surrounding areas like Collingwood without necessarily changing the wheel. Our idea of fish n chips is having super fresh local fish, a light crispy batter and homemade sauce to accompany. Our Restaurant serves Burgers, Takeaway and Seafood. There are too many eateries around Australia that aren't serving the fish they're promoting so we at Tank wanted to ensure we did so. Our fish is all locally sourced and sustainable from Australia and or NZ.
