Sharon provides somatic psychotherapy, NDIS psychosocial recovery coaching and guided Pain Circles for people seeking greater connection between their body, emotions and lived experiences. Her gentle, person-led approach supports people living with psychosocial disability, emotional overwhelm, stress, fatigue, ongoing pain or disconnection. Respond Ability is an NDIS registered provider offering individual therapy, recovery-focused coaching and supportive group programs.
