Hustlers.Syd is an underground Asian fusion restaurant and cocktail bar on York St in Sydney CBD. Step inside 24 York St, turn left through the glass door and head below street level; we'll take it from there. Our kitchen holds an AGFG Chef Hat for 2026 and the menu is built for sharing: charred, torched and smoke-kissed plates, with a cocktail list to match. Join us for bottomless brunch on Friday and Saturday, or happy hour Monday to Saturday from 5pm to 7pm. Celebrating something? We host birthdays, date nights, group celebrations, private functions and corporate events, with live music and DJs running regularly. Walk-ins are welcome and bookings are recommended.
