At Casa de Playa we highlight artisan local producers and imbue traditional tapas with a modern take. Think a take on the classic Californian Cuban sandwich, prepared to look like a 'Big Boss' Cuban cigar, served complete with ashtray, citrus and gin cured kingfish with pomegranate and mint, and the Josper grilled 'la basque' chorizo with tomatillo relish and pickled guindillas chilli.
