INSIDE THE HOUSE
This spacious vacation rental is drenched in natural light and enjoys spectacular lake views from almost every window. A large open kitchen with island bar seating and pendant lighting will make catering a breeze on those nights you want to stay in. Enjoy that meal at the elegant glass dining table and comfortable seating.
Enter down a short flight of stairs to find the huge living room and balcony. A flat screen TV and electric fireplace are recessed into the wall, with a comfy couch and multiple accent chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, accent chairs, and chandelier. The wall-mounted TV extends from a recess for bedtime viewing. The adjacent master bathroom is enormous, with his-and-hers sinks, a huge soaker bubble tub and glass enclosed walk-in shower. Behind, find a deep, walk-in closet.
In the second bedroom, enjoy a queen bed, wall mounted TV, and kitchenette. Both bedrooms share access to a balcony behind a glass window wall. The second bathroom features his-and-hers style sinks and a shower/tub combo.
The third guest room/study has a daybed which can accommodate a single guest. The third bathroom/Powder room is all glamour: black marble tile, gold mirror and a crystal chandelier compliment the large walk-in shower. The art studio with its own half bath and sleeper sofa can also be used by a single guest.

The home sits at the top of a hill overlooking Lake Austin. Enjoy access to a tram and kayak across Lake Austin for freshly roasted coffee at Mozart’s Coffee Roasters and Polynesian cuisine at the Hula Hut.(Only five minutes’ drive away.) Sun & Fun Watercraft Rentals, also a mere 5-minute drive, will rent you a boat to enjoy the Lake. Downtown is a quick 15 minute drive.
