INSIDE THE CONDO
There’s no need to worry about on-street parking—our condo includes its own designated space. Once you park, make your way to the second floor and follow the breezeway to the front door of our condo.
Enter into a spacious open-concept living area with unique stone flooring, where you can gather together for a movie on the flat-screen TV. The living space is fully equipped for relaxation with a chair and a sleeper sofa that folds out into a full-size bed to accommodate 2 guests, plus an electric fireplace and a small wet bar, perfect for nightcaps after an evening on the town.
Just beyond the living area is a bright and modern dining space. Share meals at a round table for 4, or use it as a work space to catch up on your emails—Wifi is included. A closet just off this space includes a washer and dryer so you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
Next to the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including plenty of counter-space, a stove/oven and double-door fridge. A dishwasher makes clean up easy, and extras like a coffee maker offer all the comforts of home.
Tucked off the living and dining area is an inviting bedroom with queen-size bed, calming hues and city-inspired artwork. Unpack into a large sliding closet with mirrored doors. An en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the living area and features a sleek glass-enclosed tile shower and basin sink.

Located on 4th Street between Brazos and Trinity, this condo is at the heart of Austin’s cultural experiences. Convention Center, home to SXSW, is one block away, and Sixth Street, home to many of the city’s best live music venues, is just two blocks away.
Within a few blocks, you’ll find galleries, museums and a vast array of bars and eateries—try Midnight Cowboy for old-school cocktails or Searsucker for upscale American food.
For outdoor excitement, Lady Bird Lake is just 2 miles away. Or catch a game at UT Austin or Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium, both within 2.5 miles.
