Opened in 2004, the Fajita Warehouse got its name after four men from South America, with 25 years of restaurant experience, were looking for an innovative way to create a restaurant that would offer the best, unique variety of dishes involving fajitas. With this in mind, the Fajita Warehouse was born. Using techniques involving a balance of taste, texture, and contrasting flavors, every dish is created with a South American twist.
