AlphaRose Therapeutics is a biotechnology company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for children and families affected by rare genetic diseases. Our proprietary antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) platform uses next-generation chemistry designed for improved safety, and our AI-driven discovery engine has identified over 300 potential rare disease targets. Through RareLabs, our internal research platform, we compress the path from genetic diagnosis to proof-of-concept into approximately six months at a fraction of traditional costs because families facing rare diseases cannot afford to wait. Our lead program targets Bain Syndrome, with additional programs in development for CDKL5 deficiency, prion disease, and Von Willebrand disease.
