In Auburn, there is a road, on that road, there is a ranch, by that ranch, there is a house, and in that house, there are exciting adventures waiting for new explorers to enjoy! The young, the old, and all those in between will love this amazing house. Completely in the wild, though only 3 minutes from Target, gas, and grocery stores, and 5 minutes from downtown Auburn. There are so many wonderful activities to enjoy out and inside. There is a pool with attached hot tub, a two-story treehouse, a pond, putt putt course, and a basketball hoop, swing set, and big toy. Great for families and reunions with friends!
There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There are 4 full beds, a twin bunkbed, which can be made into 1 king bed, and in the master bedroom, 1 king. If you have the luxury of sleeping in the master bedroom, you will have access to many luxurious amenities. A vanity with light up mirror, a steam shower, and a sauna are just some of the relaxing things in this room.
If you would like to venture out, even though there is no need to, Auburn is home to many great activities. There are fantastic restaurants, shopping, and historic Old Town Auburn. Just a 30 minute drive away is Roseville, home to Westfield mall, and the Fountains. A mere 45 minutes is Sacramento, with great sightseeing, restaurants, shopping, and historic places, seeing as it is the capital of California. There is the confluence of the American river and nearby lakes for swimming and picnics. For all of you skiers, Tahoe is a short hour drive away, with fabulous skiing and snowboarding. Live Theater is available in Grass Valley, Sacramento, and Roseville. There are so many fun activities at this house and in the area surrounding it.
