Once you pick a home, we help you every step of the way with negotiating prices, arranging for any repairs, paperwork, and anything else all the way to closing. For the time and effort you spend looking for homes, viewing them, and making a decision, I will give you 2% of my 3% commission on new homes, or 1.5% on previously lived in homes.
