Jordan Fabrikant, D.O., F.A.O.C.D. - ASTORIA, NY

Dr. Jordan Fabrikant was born and raised in San Diego, California. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine biology from the University of California in Los Angeles, and attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Following medical school, he relocated to Tampa for internship at Largo Medical Center. Dr. Fabrikant then completed his dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, FL where he served as chief resident. He mastered his surgical skills during his fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach under the direction of Daniel Rivlin, M.D.
As a resident, Dr. Fabrikant was named the South Beach Dermatology Symposium National Champion in Dermatologic Trivia. He has also published several articles in prestigious medical journals. Dr. Fabrikant, along with his fellowship director, were the first in the world to perform radio frequency nerve ablation in the neck for platysmal bands, which was subsequently published in the journal Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Fabrikant specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He stays on the cutting edge of medical care as well as the latest procedures in cosmetic dermatology.
