In 2016, we listed our first travel trailer on RVshare and our time renting has been outstanding. Currently, we have two trailers: a 2014 Lance 2185 “Duke” and a 2014 Lance 1985 “Bandit.” We look forward to seeing our returning guests and meeting new vacationers!

We are very reliable and flexible for your delivery and pick-up times, whether it be a 10:00 PM meeting in Morro Bay or 8:00 AM pick-up in Santa Barbara County – been there!
We are located in Arroyo Grande and offer delivery to many locations in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. With delivery we can have the camper set up to any available hook-ups and ready for fun before your arrival. Afterwards, we will pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you with no additional fee.
Delivery to Pismo and Oceano (not the dunes) is $90 and we can provide quotes for other locations. Lopez Lake is outside the "Local Campground" delivery area. So far, we have delivered as far south as Santa Barbara's Earl Warren Showgrounds, 80+ miles south; San Simeon, 50+ miles up the coast and the Interlake area between Nacimiento and San Antonio Lakes, 60+ miles away. If you are interested in another campground – possibly farther away – please ask, we are always up for a new destination! Note: Farther destinations may require a higher minimum number of nights for booking.
The U-shaped dinette converts to a double-sized bed. A three-burner stove, large sink and extra prep table accommodate cooking nicely. A fridge and freezer allow for you to keep all of your groceries fresh and ice cream ice cold. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. The area is lit by a curved skylight with black-out shades and an insulated cover. The spacious dinette has dimmable lights and a large window with pull-down day blinds and black-out shades. Very clever! The camper has a 19-inch flat screen television with DVD player and HDMI input.
The bathroom has a porcelain toilet and a curved shower curtain bar for a more spacious shower or more bathroom space when not in use. Plenty of storage too.
If you need A/C you will need electric hook-ups or a generator. Our generator is included, without deposit, for renters renting for three or more nights. Two hours per day is included; additional usage is $10 per partial hour. For renters with less than three nights, the deposit is $200 and all generator usage is $10 per partial hour.
Outside is an exterior shower that is tied in to the water heater. If you are dry camping (without hook-ups) you have 45 gallon tanks for each fresh water, black and gray waste.
Lance has thought of everything! The trailer is spacious and every bit of space is well-utilized. The quality of the cupboards, insulation, blinds, flooring, etc. is impressive.
When you book RVshare will have a button (“Agree & Continue”) to approve their rental agreement. After you book, we will send supplemental rental agreement with our personal information and it covers items like destination, occupancy limits, dogs, smoking, etc. – no surprises.
NOT ALLOWED ON THE OCEANO/PISMO DUNES. Keeping our trailer off the beach maintains its quality and cleanliness for our renters. No delivery to Jalama Beach. Minimum age to sign rental agreements is 30-years-old. Someone at least 30-years-old must be staying in the camper; it does not have to be the same person.
Camper awnings are expensive to repair and not tolerant of wind or rain. We do not allow use of the awning. Thank you for your understanding.
With all reservations, it is the renter's responsibility to reserve a campsite or have a deliverable location that is accessible, in good condition and allows space for the slide to open.
