Clinical Experience: 19 Years
Sharee Franks, PTA, received an Associates in Applied Science for Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1997 from Murray State College. She has over 19 years of clinical Physical Therapy Assistant experience, 12 of which have been primarily in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She has also worked with
the elderly in a nursing home setting.
She has a strong background working with shoulders, knees and spinal disorders. She has experience performing Functional Capacity Evaluations, WorkSTEPS and treating Workers? Compensation and geriatric patients. Sharee has an interest in the manual therapy form of myofascial and soft tissue release. This method is a form of manual therapy which involves specialized hands-on treatment of soft tissue dysfunction of the body.
In 2009 she became a member of the Select Physical Therapy Team. Sharee enjoys hiking, walking, singing, and various sports involving basketball and volleyball. She recently relocated from Ardmore, OK to Lone Grove, with her husband and son.
