Soak in the newly installed four-person hot tub in the famous WNC mountains. Topsy's Trailer is located in Arden which is only 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville, breweries, hiking, Blue Ridge Parkway, waterfalls, Biltmore Estate, restaurants, shopping, wineries, and grocery stores, and much more.
It has been fully renovated inside with hardwood floors, new comfy beds, fast/reliable WiFi, streaming TVs, Weber gas grill, two covered decks, easy flat roads access (no 4WD needed), plenty of parking, and close to everything that is Asheville. Small dog ok & a fee will apply.
You should also note that this property is managed by a seasoned vacation rental team with 16 years of Five-Star reviews and experience within this area. We provide support and plenty of information before your arrival. We are available during your stay to help out if needed because you are not just booking a home to stay in but a southern mountain hospitality experience.
The Space
The home offers a large sectional American-made sofa, fabulous eclectic furniture, a queen-size vibrating/tilting bed, washer/dryer, two covered decks, hardwood floors, a large walk-in shower, and a warm feel throughout, a Weber gas grill, and dog friendly.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the house and grounds.
A per night dog fee plus state and local taxes will be charged, one dog maximum, under 30 pounds, pre-approval two weeks before your arrival. NO exceptions, please.
Quiet hours after dark.
No smoking, vaping, or candles.
Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.
DOG RULES
A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation.
1. No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD
2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed
3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date
4. Must always be on a leash and under the control of the owner
5. Must NOT sleep on beds, couch or chairs
6. You must clean up after your dog and do not flush poop down the toilet
7. A dog fee will be charged for the extra cleaning required
