Nestled among the redwoods (yet only a block east of California Highway 1), this two-level home sits one mile from Pebble Beach and the oceanfront Bluff Trail. Rent bikes around the corner at Sea Ranch Supply, spend your days swimming and playing tennis at the Moonraker Recreation Center one mile south, and browse the charming shops and galleries in Gualala eight miles north.
Begin your mornings by reading the paper in the warmth of the gas stove, sipping freshly ground coffee in the open kitchen, or enjoying the view from the cushioned seats on the deck. Take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood (please note that a nightly fee applies), use the free WiFi to look up a new trail, and spend time with your loved ones as you grill lunch on the tree-lined patio.
And whether you choose to spend your days hiking, beachcombing, or tidepooling, you'll appreciate coming home to a luxurious jetted tub in the master bath, cozy radiant floor heating, and a few Netflix selections on the Smart TV.

Parking notes: VERY IMPORTANT-This is a shared private driveway. Tree to Sea is the first home on the left. Please do not go past the Tree to Sea home.
Passes are needed for each vehicle for parking throughout the Sea Ranch community. A pass must be visible in each vehicle and only two passes will be distributed. On-street parking is not allowed.
Check in for your Sea Ranch home is 2 steps.
1. At 4pm you can use the lock box located at the front door to enter your home.
2. You must pick up your guest packet at the local Vacasa office located at 38820 South Highway One Suite 108, Gualala Ca 95445.
*Please access our office by turning onto Sedalia /Hubert Drive at the Seafood Shack sign.*
If the office is closed, you will find your packet in the lock box to the right of our door.
Your packet includes your Sea Ranch parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows 2 passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the rec centers, hiking trails etc) and must be visible in the vehicles. Most but not all of our houses will accommodate more than 2 cars. For guests with more than 2 cars, any additional car(s) can be used to go to and from the house without a pass but will need to remain in the drive way otherwise. On street parking is not permitted. Most of our house will not accommodate more than 3 cars. NO RV'S OR CAMPER VANS PERMITTED TO PARK ON SEA RANCH.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
