The house is very clean and comfortable with an open, welcoming floor plan. The fireplace makes for cozy evenings. There is a TV/DVD in the living room and tons of family friendly DVDs (lots of movies and Gilligan's Island, all 3 seasons!). There is an under cabinet mounted CD player/radio in the kitchen (tune in to the weather channel!) There is a TV and VHS player in the bedroom with twin beds. The house sleeps four comfortably, there is also a rollaway with new mattress for an additional guest. The kitchen nicely equipped has a new refrigerator and microwave. The tile bathroom has a bathtub shower combination.
Quality cotton bed linens and towels are provided.
No smoking. Prefer no pets.
The cabin was once home to my grandparents and in their honor there are norwegian touches throughout.
Annandale or Clearwater are eight miles in either direction for shopping or restaurants.
Golf is available at Whispering pines or other courses nearby.
Clearwater Lake is the largest lake in the area with access to Grass Lake, Otter Lake and Lake Augusta. All are great for fishing. There is a bait store on the lake that also rents motors and pontoons. You can also boat over and dock at The Waterfront for lunch or dinner.
