Located at the tip of Anna Maria Island, a two-block walk will bring you to an amazing sunset every night, while a free trolley will take you anywhere else on the island you desire to go. Catch or buy some fresh fish to barbecue on your gas grill, or pick one of the delectable restaurants nearby. Don't worry about your cars, there's space for four cars to park in the driveway.

You'll feel right at home in the bright interior, whether you're preparing a family meal in the updated kitchen, which is equipped with everything you might need, or relaxing in the living room with friends and loved ones. Sip margaritas under the umbrella on the balcony and cool off with a dip in the private pool while your dog gets some exercise in the fenced yard (please note a 25-pound limit and small, nightly pet fee). After a long day, unwind with a movie on one of the flatscreen TVs and browse activities using the free WiFi. A private washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry you may have, so save room in your bag for souvenirs!

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
