Guests love Redwood Commons B-6 for its updated fresh look and the many windows that let in plenty of daytime sunshine! The kitchen, dining and living area are a shared open space. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV (Comcast Cable TV service) while you prepare meals or play cards at the dining table. The dining table seats 2-4 plus there are 2 stools at the kitchen dining counter for additional seating. The dining table is unique in that the chairs fold up to store inside and the table leaves drop down so the table set can be tucked out of the way to create more open space in the living room. The wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy warm on chilly evenings. Wood can be purchased at the local market. (This condo does not have a dishwasher.) The master bedroom has a queen bed and a small console TV with built in VCR player (no TV service). The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a private half bathroom. The full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and single sink vanity is off the hall near the master bedroom on the lower level. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. There are two flights of stairs to the condo front door. There is a spiral staircase inside the condo to access the sleeping loft level. Start your day at the table on the covered deck with fresh morning coffee or relax at the end of the day with your favorite wine and appetizers. Enjoy a picnic in the warm months with your family or friends at the picnic tables set under the canopy of evergreens! (There is no grill.) There is no Wi-Fi, landline or laundry machines in this condo.
