Fully updated, this mountain retreat is only a 1-block walk to the Angel Fire Clubhouse. On the 9th fairway, the deck offers expansive views while the mature pine trees offer plenty of privacy. Surrounded by nature, you will likely see dozens of deer walking the game trail next to the home. The clubhouse features restaurants, indoor pool, golf pro shop and Nordic center. The home is 2.5 miles (a five-minute drive) to the ski lifts with easy parking and shuttle service.
The home is perfect for two families.
With high ceilings, the living room is filled with natural light, a tall stone fireplace, and 65" smart television with Live TV streaming services and DVD player. The home has fiber optic high-speed internet with wi-fi. The fully-stocked kitchen overlooks the living area and the dining area offers seating for eight.
The master bath is completely new with a spa tub, separate shower, and large granite vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private deck with beautiful views.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and third pull-out twin mattress. The second bathroom has new granite and tile with a tub/shower. Families can spread out in the basement’s additional living space with a second television and foosball table.
There is a full size crib and pack-n-play in the home.
The house has a full capacity washer and dryer. The entry offers an Alaska room for ski and boot or golf club storage. AWD/4WD is recommended in the winter months.
