Hello everyone and thank you for taking a look at our RV!
This is no small RV and it's not very typical of most. This is 38 feet overall in length with a bedroom that has a huge window at the head of the bed for a wonderful view whatever it is that you are camping. Very nice spacious kitchen with decent counter space. The living room is very comfortable with two La-Z-Boy recliner, couch type chairs, a fireplace for ambience or actual heat and an entertainment center that has Bluetooth stereo surround sound a smart TV and even Starlink !
The master bathroom is spacious with a pretty big shower and on demand hot water so you'll never run out!
In the back of the coach, there is a room that has two bunkbeds and a double fold out couch as well as its own entertainment center complete with another smart TV. This area can be sealed off by the close of a door and is considered the "kids room". Now for the best part this room has a half bath! Kids completely contained in the back during the night and or guests! It makes for such more spacious living during your trip.
On the outside of the Coach near the back is a completely self contained, entertaining and highly productive outdoor kitchen! I spend all of my time out here! It includes a Blackstone type griddle as well as a tabletop smoker! Coffee, alcohol, extra refrigerator whatever you need outside it's all there and ready to go.
Chairs, fire pit, extra propane, fishing poles, kayaks, firewood, tables, etc. are all available to you, some for an additional price.
I highly recommend the delivery option with this coach as it is large and a minimum of a three-quarter ton. Pick up is required. If you choose the delivery and set up option, I will deliver it to your destination within a reasonable price and distance, have it set up for you and ready to go with the refrigerators ice cold And ready to be filled!
This Coach and the price of it includes absolutely everything such as silverware plates, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, Propane and it is fully furnished! The only thing you need to bring is your food, toiletries and clothes!
There are additional prices for some amenities and keep in mind, this unit is set up with solar, so the refrigerator runs completely off of solar! I do have a generator that can be rented for all the other things!
