Mercedes Sprinter 2500 4x4 - Class B Camping Van RV For Rent in Anchorage, AK

This is our fourth Sprinter build-rental. The gray 4x4 Sprinter was purchased NEW in Chicago, IL, and driven back to Alaska in January of 2023 for its final phase of construction. This build is a duplicate of our 4x4 2021 Mercedes-Frieghtliner Sprinter that we have built especially for use in Alaska boondocking.

Anchorage van pickup and drop-offs close to the airport are easily arranged between 9am and 8pm.

Exceptionally comfortable for two people, even if you're six feet tall, there is an eight-inch gel foam full-sized 60x80x8-inch queen bed that runs perpendicular to the van and uses custom-built flairs that lengthen the bed. This allows greater comfort for anyone over 5'10" tall. There is also running cold water, a separate diesel heater, and a removable butane range.

A refrigerator and a high-grade soft cooler are provided. Both front seats turn 90 degrees for use in the camper. The super-quiet interior ceiling fan has a remote control and can be operated to pull the cool air in or push the warm air out.

Insulated and crafted with local spruce and cedar, the van offers plenty of space for your bags and outdoor gear. The counter is walnut hardwood and has extensive LED lighting and even an isolated dimmer switch for reading and charging your phone in bed.

The van is stocked with coffee and tea with complete bedding and one set of towels per person. There are cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, and two chairs with a portable table for sitting outside. A stored compost bag toilet is easy to use and stores in a compartment.

A bike rack can be added, and mountain bikes can be rented.
The van is designed to be fully self-contained, not needing electrical hookups, and features a 350-watt solar system that efficiently meets the needs of most summer trips. You'll charge the system from the sun and when the truck is running.

This NEW Mercedes Sprinter is meticulously maintained, comes with an extensive road emergency kit, and 10ply tires. This 3.0L V-6 Turbodiesel truck is the gold standard of functionality and gets about 18 mpg. It's a joy to drive on the Alaskan open road.
