Custom 4BR/2BA truly Alaskan Custom Furnished Home with 3000 sf ft of space!! Situated on 2 acres of scenic wooded land. Adjacent to 500-acre bird sanctuary- just a walk outside your front door - sightings of moose, eagles, owls, swans, many mores birds abound! You might even see the bears! Plenty of parking for your boat, RV, etc. Fantastic view of inlet and sunsets!
Sleeps up to 12 people in 1 king bed , 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and one trundle bed. Hardwood floors on lower level living room and 2 bedrooms. High ceilinged master bedroom has queen bed and trundle bed - with connecting door to bathroom. Front bedroom on first floor has a full bed. There is a large dining/living room with kitchen and custom wood stove adjacent to it. Walk out the dining room to a large outdoor deck with BBQ grill . The spacious upper level has carpeted floors with 1 large couch and 2 futons. The large upper master bedroom has a king bed. Bathroom is adjacent to master bedroom. There is also an open study/bedroom off to one side of the upper level that has privacy screens available.
Hillside, a neighborhood in Anchorage, is home to this vacation home. Potter's Marsh Bird Sanctuary and Chugach State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include H2Oasis Indoor Waterpark and Alaska Zoo. Putters Wild and Campbell Creek Greenbelt Park are also worth visiting.
