Trailer is family owned, clean and in good condition. I provide towing accessories (Sway bar and Hitch), all accessories for fresh water, electricity, and sewage hookups included. Trailer amenities include, A/C and heating, bathroom with shower (cold and hot), toilet and sink. Kitchen includes gas stove, microwave with sink. Trailer has a murphy queen bed that sleeps 2, two bunk beds and a dining table that converts to a bed. Trailers sleeps a maximum of 8. You need to bring kitchen supplies, linen and personal hygiene. Electric generator available upon request.Trailer also has 2 12V deep cycle marine batteries. Feel free to ask any questions. Trailer needs to be returned in same condition as it was picked up. Additional fees include delivery (Local area), cleaning inside and gray and black water tanks. I can also pick up trailer upon request at an additional fee.
I am very easy going, all I ask is to please be courteous when using trailer and take care of it. If this is your first time renting and/or using a trailer don't worry, I will guide you through and answer any questions you might have. Trailer is lightweight and can be towed with medium duty trucks (Ie F150, Tundra, Ram 1500, Chevy 1500 and above). I offer Military and First Responder discount.
